Restart-safe interactive sessions

Live activity checks, quizzes, and community pulses now recover from bot or Raspberry Pi restarts without losing their timer or recorded participation.

What changed

  • Added durable ledgers for active quizzes and community pulses.
  • Activity checks now preserve a settings snapshot and use idempotent participant awards.
  • Quiz answers, pulse responses, buttons, and remaining timers are restored at startup.
  • Expired sessions finish automatically after recovery.
  • Session restoration runs before recurring schedulers to prevent duplicate automatic posts.

Configurable security suite

Rallybit now includes per-server security commands without importing the unrelated ticketing or destructive server-setup systems from the reference bot.

What changed

  • Added a top-level scam-detection honeypot with immediate ban or kick actions.
  • Added a configurable Discord account-age gate with DM and appeal settings.
  • Added anti-bot, anti-webhook, anti-integration, dangerous-permission, anti-nuke, anti-spam, and optional automod modules.
  • Added trusted roles, security logs, owner alerts, persistent history, quarantine, lockdown, panic mode, invite purge, and security audits.
  • All automatic modules are disabled until configured by each server.

Community revive role notifications

Quiz rounds, anonymous pulses, and staff-triggered icebreakers can now notify a chosen server role without exposing the server to broad or accidental mentions.

What changed

  • Added an optional role to automatic quiz schedules and manual quiz rounds.
  • Added /community pingrole and /community settings.
  • Community pulses notify the configured role by default and support a silent option.
  • Staff can choose whether an icebreaker should notify the role.
  • Rallybit permits only the selected role and never falls back to @everyone.

Automatic quiz role pings

Recurring quizzes can now notify an optional server role, such as a Chat Revive role, when a round begins.

What changed

  • Added an optional role selector to /quiz setup.
  • Added /quiz pingrole for changing or disabling the ping without rebuilding the schedule.
  • Added safe mention handling so Rallybit never falls back to @everyone.
  • Automatic quizzes still run if a configured role is deleted or can no longer be mentioned.

Community Play & Moderation

Rallybit now supports recurring community quizzes, anonymous pulse checks, conversation starters, and a complete interactive moderation workflow.

What changed

  • Added manual and scheduled random quizzes with category selection, hidden answers, speed bonuses, explanations, streaks, and server quiz rankings.
  • Added an interactive member moderation panel with warnings, warning removal, history, timeouts, timeout removal, kicks, bans, message clearing, nickname changes, and role controls.
  • Added permission and role-hierarchy checks to every moderation action.
  • Added anonymous community pulse checks with aggregate-only completed history.
  • Added casual, gaming, creative, and debate icebreakers.
  • Updated the website, command centre, setup guide, feature guide, and invite permissions.

Rallybit begins

Activity Check was rebuilt and renamed Rallybit with a more original interface, a clearer product structure, and a completely refreshed dashboard.

What changed

  • Introduced the Rallybit brand across the website, dashboard, bot, and documentation.
  • Made automation, detailed logs, custom buttons, longer checks, analytics, and complete configuration available to every server.
  • Removed the old feature tiers, access gates, and fragmented entitlement systems.
  • Rebuilt Discord sign-in with OAuth state verification and safer session handling.
  • Moved credentials out of source files and into environment configuration.
  • Replaced fragmented legacy admin tools with one restricted developer panel.
  • Improved responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
