1. Agreement to these terms
These terms apply when you invite Rallybit to a Discord server, use a Rallybit command, sign in to the dashboard, visit the website, or otherwise use the service. By doing so, you agree to these terms and to Discord’s applicable terms and policies. If you do not agree, do not use Rallybit.
2. Eligibility and server authority
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements. You may only connect, configure, or operate Rallybit in a server where you have permission from the server owner or the necessary Discord permissions. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for keeping access to your Discord account secure.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Rallybit to break the law or Discord’s rules; harass, threaten, impersonate, or exploit others; collect information deceptively; distribute malicious content; evade platform enforcement; probe or exploit security weaknesses; overload the service; or interfere with another community’s use of Rallybit.
4. Moderation and community tools
Rallybit provides tools for moderation, logging, tickets, transcripts, roles, activity tracking, automation, and other community operations. Server owners and authorised staff remain responsible for how these tools are configured and used, the permissions granted to the bot, the notices given to members, and every moderation or administrative decision made with Rallybit.
5. Content and data you provide
You retain responsibility for prompts, ticket text, review reasons, embed content, configuration, and other material submitted through Rallybit. You confirm that you have the right to use that material and grant Rallybit permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. Do not submit passwords, bot tokens, payment details, or other secrets through commands or dashboard fields.
6. AI-assisted features
Features such as Prettfy may send the prompt and relevant server naming information to a configured AI provider to generate suggestions. AI output can be incomplete or unsuitable. You must review proposed changes before approving them. Rallybit will not intentionally change channel permissions through Prettfy, but you remain responsible for reviewing the result and using the available undo controls.
7. Plans and feature availability
Rallybit may offer free, preview, or paid plans. Features labelled “Coming soon” are not an offer for purchase and may change before release. Any future paid purchase will be subject to the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund information shown at checkout. Preview access may be changed or withdrawn.
8. Availability and changes
Rallybit is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be updated, interrupted, limited, replaced, or retired for maintenance, security, legal compliance, Discord platform changes, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Suspension and removal
Access may be restricted or removed when a user or server violates these terms, abuses the service, threatens its security or availability, or creates legal or platform risk. A server owner may stop using Rallybit by removing the bot and revoking its integration.
10. Third-party services
Rallybit depends on services including Discord, hosting and delivery providers, and optional AI providers. Their own terms and availability may apply. Rallybit is not responsible for third-party services or changes they make to their platforms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rallybit is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. Rallybit is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or opportunities, Discord enforcement, server moderation decisions, unauthorised configurations, or disruption caused by third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as Rallybit develops. The updated date above shows when the latest version took effect. Material changes will be communicated through the website or official support community where practical. Questions about these terms can be raised through the support server linked on the Rallybit website.
